Family Yoga

Course Details

In a friendly environment, parents and babies learn to exhale, play and practice easy different yoga poses together through creative storytelling and games. Engaging each character encourage them to learn, move, and have fun. Mommies can stretch stiff bodies as well as helping babies to boost their physical strength forging a stronger parent-child bond.
